How do I make a reservation?
Please either call us on + 64 7 350 3327 email us your required details on firstname.lastname@example.org or you could you the online booking system. We will then send you a confirmation of your booking.
What do I do if I want to change the number of nights or the number of people of my stay?
It is possible to make changes to a reservation if you send written notification by e-mail to email@example.com within 48 hours. Please note that all booking changes are subject to availability.
Can I bring my pets to stay with me?
No sorry we don't allow pets to stay at the apartments, but there is Bimlers Pet Ranch dog boarding kennels and cattery in Rotorua, where your pets can stay. Please visit their website on http://www.bimlerspetranch.co.nz/
Do you give a discount for long term stay?
Yes most definitely please either call us on + 64 7 350 3327 or email us your required details on firstname.lastname@example.org. and we will be more than happy to offer a discount for long term stay.
Is there any possibility to visit the apartment before I book?
Of course, if you are in Rotorua you are welcome to contact us for an appointment to view the apartment.
Do I need to clean my apartment myself?
No we clean the apartment before you arrive and after you leave, if you are staying long term, we will arrange a cleaning time with you that suits you.
